Terms of sales and distribution
The customer chooses the products the customer wants to acquire on the products pages. The products are placed in the shopping cart, and to complete the purchase, the customer accepts terms of purchase and pays for the goods at check out.
When an order is made, the following happens:
The customer for an email confirming the order.
The order is processed by Moonfeather Holding ApS.
In the case of a physical item, the item is packed and shipped with the chosen shipping method. In the case of a course, the customer is informed of the time etc. for the course.
When the item is shipped, the customer receives another e-mail with any. shipping information and payment is done on the customer's chosen means of payment.
Moonfeather Holding ApS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Moonfeather Holding ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. they provide the online platform that enables us to sell our products and services.
Moonfeather Holding ApS will ship goods within 2 business days of ordering.
Moonfeather Holding ApS reserves the right to cancel an order if the item is unavailable or out of stock.
Inventory is continually updated but not 'real time', which is why situations may arise where an item is displayed as being in stock without it being.
Alternatively, goods ordered can be placed in backorder, here the customer will be notified of a possible delivery date, with the option to cancel the purchase.
For courses, payment must be made upon booking and held as advertised.
Courses can be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In these cases, the payment is returned immediately after cancellation. Cancellation of courses is sent on the customer's E-mail.
A freight charge is charged which corresponds to the freight cost of the goods, for a total purchase, for delivery in Denmark, of more than DKK 1,000 the freight charge is free.
The freight charge is charged to the invoice before payment.
No local custom or taxes has been applied to export (goods sold outside Denmark) purchases. The buyer has the responsibility to settle any local custom or tax applied to the purchase, if applied by local authorities.
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Moonfeather Holding ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

No parcels sent on demand are received.
If there is a refund, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
14 days full return policy is given for goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
Especially applicable to courses:
Courses can be canceled with half refund for up to 7 days before the course is held.
Courses cannot be canceled less than 7 days prior to holding.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment.
The notification must be given per. email at email@example.com. In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not use it for real use.
